California. Chardonnay. Sustainable.
Sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Lodi planted on alluvial river soils, this Chardonnay balances ripeness with freshness and lift. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeast, it undergoes a long, cool malolactic fermentation and is aged 15 months in French oak, mostly neutral. Light straw in color, the wine shows bright citrus and orange blossom on the nose, followed by lemon, underripe tropical fruit, and a vibrant, mineral-driven finish. Crisp, energetic, and quietly complex.
