Crafted from old vines planted in 1964 in the prized parcels of Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, this elegant Blanc de Blancs from Stéphane Coquillette is named after his son, Louis. Grown in limestone soils and farmed without herbicides, the grapes are gently pressed and the wine is aged for nine months in oak barrels before bottling with zero dosage. The result is a precise and mineral-driven Champagne with vibrant acidity, layered texture, and a long, clean finish—an excellent choice for purists and lovers of bone-dry bubbles.
