Romania. 100% Fetească Regală. Organic. La Sapata is a winery located in the delta of the Danube River, not far from when it flows into the Black Sea. Feteasca regala is a white variety of grape native to Romania, and thrives in this fertile region. Pét-nat in style, this undergoes a second fermentation in bottle. The wine is dry, fresh, and highly aromatic. Pair it with appetizers, fish, & cheese.
