Fermented with only indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur (just one gram at bottling), Silice is crafted with the utmost respect for nature. One-third of the wine is aged in neutral barriques, while the rest rests in stainless steel tanks for at least nine months — creating a wine that’s both pure and layered.
