Peg Leg Porker Bourbon is the brainchild of award-winning pitmaster Carey Bringle. With a passion for bourbon and a deep understanding of how perfectly it complements barbecue, Carey became the first pitmaster in the United States to launch his own bourbon brand.
What sets Peg Leg Porker apart is its subtle use of a proprietary process to infuse a light smokiness, paying homage to the BBQ heritage. This makes it an excellent choice for pairing with smoked meats or sipping on its own.
Nose: Caramel, vanilla, and a hint of toasted oak.
Palate: Warm spices, honey, and light smokiness, paired with a silky texture.
Finish: Long and smooth, with lingering oak and caramel sweetness.
Aged 4-6 years.
