From a 60-year-old co-planted vineyard of ~20 red and white varieties grown on granite soils. Hand-harvested, wild-fermented in lagar with a chestnut flower infusion, then aged 2 years in stainless steel. No fining, no filtration—just pure Dão character.
Tasting Notes: Bright red fruit, wild herbs, and a whisper of earthiness. Light-bodied yet structured, with a lively, food-friendly finish.
