Austin and his team carefully choose vineyards across the Paso Robles AVA, especially east of the Salinas River where ancient flood plains and sea beds create unique soils. The mix of calcareous stones, bedrock, gravel, and loamy soils in the Creston and Estrella Districts, combined with warm days and cool nights, gives the wine its distinctive character.
This Reserve captures the best of Paso Robles with bold structure, layered flavors, and a long finish.
