Impecável (Portuguese for “impeccable”) lives up to its name. Made from organic, biodynamic, old-vine Touriga Nacional in the Dão region, this bottle shows off the grape in its purest and most elegant form.
Unlike the powerful, oak-driven Tourigas you might find in the Douro, this expression is all about finesse: floral aromatics, fresh herbs, and silky tannins that glide across the palate. Bright red fruit shines through with a touch of peppery spice, carried by the cool northern climate and the granite soils of Dão. The result is a wine that feels both radiant and refined—like the grace of a Burgundy with the savory complexity of a Northern Rhône Syrah.
At just 13% ABV, it’s wonderfully balanced, mouth-watering, and effortless to drink. Already turning heads from top critics, this second-ever vintage proves Impecável is destined to become one of the world’s great Touriga Nacional values.
