A deep, expressive Crozes-Hermitage from 40+ year-old vines in the rocky, gravelly lieu-dit Les Picheres, located just down the road from the famed Graillot vineyards. Fermented with 30% whole clusters and indigenous yeast, then aged in older barrels, this Syrah balances purity and power: ripe berry fruit layered with herbs, licorice, and incense. Crafted by Maxime Graillot, son of the legendary Alain Graillot, this is a round, polished, and seriously stylish take on Crozes—ripe yet lifted, and unmistakably Rhône.
