This is Genovese like you’ve never had it—vibrant, mineral, and full of coastal energy. Sourced from a northeast-facing single vineyard at 290m elevation, where blue schist and rolled pebbles meet 30+ year-old vines and wild Emera plants native to Corsica.
Fermented and aged in concrete for 6 months with native yeasts, this certified biodynamic white is left unfined and unfiltered. A pure, textured expression of place with salinity, citrus, and savory herbs leading the charge. Naturally compelling, effortlessly cool.
