Destemmed fruit undergoes a gentle cold maceration and ambient yeast fermentation, with minimal extraction to preserve finesse. Aged 20 months in barrel (50% new), the wine shows classic Vosne depth and elegance — finely textured, expressive, and built with quiet power and length.
