Veneto, Italy. 60% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta. Practicing organic. Sourced from the Monte Serea Cru in the Campiano zone. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 1 month and aged for 4 years in French oak barrels plus 6 months in bottle before release.
