A bright, precise Chardonnay sourced entirely from Hanzell’s estate vineyards—historic sites that pioneered the use of stainless steel in winemaking. Grown on 17-year-old vines rooted in volcanic Red Hill Series soils at 415–600 ft. elevation, this wine ferments with native yeast in stainless steel and skips malolactic fermentation for maximum freshness. Six months in neutral French oak adds quiet texture without weight. Aromas of apple, guava, and stone fruit lead into a vivid palate of Meyer lemon and chamomile, offering richness lifted by clean, natural acidity.
