A bright, mineral-driven Chardonnay crafted from a mix of heritage and modern clones sourced across top coastal-influenced vineyard sites. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and foot-tread before pressing, the wine is fermented and aged entirely in tank for six months, preserving purity and tension. Aromas of kumquat, crushed chalk, and jasmine lead into zippy flavors of lemonheads, green pear, and Thai basil. Fresh, clean, and irresistibly drinkable.
