100% Sauvignon Blanc from Clarksburg AVA, California. Sustainably farmed.
The Clarksburg wine appellation is situated in the midst of the refreshing waterways of the Sacramento River Delta. Much like Napa and Sonoma, Clarksburg experiences warm days and cool evenings, contributing to its favorable climate for grape cultivation. As a result, Clarksburg benefits from these invigorating cool breezes, creating an ideal microclimate specifically suited for growing Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Fermentation at 65ºF in stainless steel tank. No malo-lactic fermentation. 10% is aged in low toasted French Oak. Notes of key lime & honeydew melon with a lively and clean finish 13.2% alcohol.
