About This Wine
Austria. Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Roter & Gelber Muskateller. Certified Organic & Biodynamic.
Frühstückswein — literally “breakfast wine” — is a playful name for one of the best values in orange wine. This blend combines Grüner Veltliner (30%), Welschriesling (30%), Weißburgunder (20%), and Muskateller (20%). The Muskateller is macerated for 10 days to build flavor and structure, while the rest is direct-pressed for freshness. Native yeast fermentation takes place in stainless steel, large oak casks, and 500L neutral barrels, with 7 months of lees aging before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
The result is a textured, aromatic wine with balance and energy, perfect for anyone exploring orange wine.
